• User-generated content: no sexual content, violence, scams, begging, gambling, harassment, or hate toward clans/ethnic groups. Every room and every conversation has a one-tap ⚠️ Report button; reports are reviewed and offending content removed within 24 hours. You can Block any user from the message menu (⋯ → Thaiv / Block). Links and long digit strings are filtered server-side to prevent scams. We may remove content, close rooms, or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Virtual gifts: sending a gift is a donation to the room's shared pool, not a purchase of goods, and is non-refundable — except an undo within 10 seconds via the "Thim" button on the confirmation toast. Coins ("Nyiaj") are in-app points, not cash; on iOS coins are bought via Apple In-App Purchase.
• Hosts receive "Noob" from the shared pool and may withdraw under the rules on the Wallet screen (verified bank account in the host's own name only). Hosts are responsible for their own income tax under Vietnamese law.
• Content is the responsibility of the user who posts it. The app is provided "as is". We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app.
